Yes. Booking directly with us skips the service fees and markups that third-party platforms add. Same home, lower total — that's our best-rate guarantee. If you ever find one of our homes listed cheaper elsewhere, let us know and we'll match it.

Payments are processed through Stripe, a leading global payment provider, with bank-level encryption. We never see or store your full card details. You can pay with all major credit and debit cards, and you'll receive a receipt by email right away.

Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Most of our homes offer contactless self check-in with a smart lock — we'll send door codes and detailed arrival instructions before your stay. Early check-in or late check-out is sometimes available on request.

Cancellation terms are shown on each home's booking widget before you confirm. Most homes offer a full refund when you cancel at least 14 days before check-in. For specific dates or flexible options, just ask — we're reasonable and happy to help.

Some of our homes are pet-friendly — look for the "Pet Friendly" tag on the listing. A small pet fee may apply. Please let us know about your furry companion when booking so we can confirm and prepare the home.

Most stays include a refundable security deposit or damage protection, shown clearly at checkout. As long as the home is left in good condition, the deposit is released back to you shortly after check-out.
